I had a really disappointing stay at the hotel in Unawatuna. The service was far from ideal, with unprofessional staff and frequently unavailable amenities. On the upside, the area is convenient as it’s close to the beach, which was nice. The room size was decent for three people, but I really hoped for better overall service and food quality.
